Oaks Room
RULES & REGULATIONS:
SECTION 4 – OAKS ROOM
A. The Oak’s Room is reserved for the exclusive use of Oaks residents and their guests and for the Association’s business or social events.
B. Specific Board approval must be obtained if the size of the group is expected to exceed 25 persons.
C. Reservations for the exclusive use of the Oak’s Room by a resident must be made with the Property Manager at least 24 hours in advance. Notice of the reservation will be posted on the mail room bulletin board. A refundable $100 deposit is required to be paid to the Property Manager or the Treasurer.
D. The users of the Oak’s Room are responsible for leaving the premises in the same order and condition in which it was found. Upon inspection by a Board member or the maintenance supervisor, the deposit will be returned to the resident who reserved the room.
E. Sleeping or lying on couches in the room is not allowed.
F. The Association through the Board or Property Manager reserves the right to deny use of the Oak’s Room to any resident who, in the sole opinion of the Board, has in the past or is currently misusing or abusing the premises.
